Sky has been chosen to be the star of the week at preschool next week. Here is a picture of her with her certificate. She will get a bulletin board devoted to her and they will post pictures of Sky with her favorite things. Above you can see a picture of her with her favorite movie (Barbie in the Nutcracker ballet), favorite toy (Barbie), and favorite book (Disney princess stories). She has to bring in her favorite snack on Wednesday and I think she has settled on toaster strudel. She also gets to bring in a favorite stuffed animal and I think the Hello Kitty that she made at Build-a-Bear has won that contest. Each day the students get to do a classroom job. One of the privileges of being star of the week is that she will get to do all of the jobs one day next week. Brad is currently sick with a double ear infection, fever, and pink eye so I'm hoping that Sky doesn't catch that and end up missing any of her special week next week.

Oh, so fun. Yeah for Sky! Reminds me of our barbie days. Too bad you werent closer. Julia wants to have a barbie birthday and have all the kids bring their favorite barbie. Julia and Sky will have a blast playing together when you come to CT for your next visit. And we will be praying for Brad...poor boy. Love you all!!!
Grandma B. & Uncle Bill already knew Sky was really special and now she is going to be even MORE special this week at school!! Wow!! We hope she has a fun week with all of the special things she will be doing. We can't wait to hear all about it. We loved seeing the pictures of her and her favorite things. Sending love & hugs!
