Cleaning Day

Last night we had seafood pizza for dinner. It was a bad choice on my part... Anyway, Brad was up from 12:30am-2:45 am throwing up. We figured it was just the pizza and maybe he had an allergy to shrimp or something. Anyway, today we decided to clean all day. We did 6 loads of laundry, washing all car seats, high chair, bedding, and baby things like the swing and bouncy seat. Ken vacuumed both cars and we reorganized the garage.
We felt really great about everything being so clean. Brad had been fine all day, eating, drinking and playing normally. So, we decided to head out and run some errands tonight. As we're driving along, Brad starts projectile vomitting IN THE CAR! Needless to say, we turned around and headed home and Ken spent another hour recleaning the car and carseat. The joys of parenting!!!! I am soooooo thankful for such an awesome husband who is so hands on with the craziness of child rearing. Sorry-no pictures for this entry! I'll just leave it to your imaginations!

So sorry the Buddy isn't doing well. Hopefully it will pass without further event! (I'm exhausted just reading your post!). We're still keeping you and the house deal in our prayers - trusting the Lord to work out all the details. We Love you all....

Oh, thats disgusting. Like you said, the joys of parenting. lol Hope Brad feels better soon. Ugh.

We had a similar day to the cleaning part...not the throw up part, thankfully! Our goal was to be able to walk in our condo again. haha Must be organized with so little space, so its a good habit for us to practise.

Joe is also good hands-on....thank goodness! Im so glad you have a great hubby, too. It makes being with the kids a joy when you have both of you on the job. :o) Joe and I have been cleaning alot of nose bleeds lately. Poor Julia... side symptom of her allergies. It seems to be better, but not before shampooing her mattress, cleaning sheets, stuffed animals, etc. I'd so love to throw out all those stuffed animals, but I dont want to cause emotional baggage for her grown-up life. haha

Hope you are all doing well by now. No passing of THOSE germs, eh? Love you all...love Sky's hair cut! So cute and cool for the summer. Hugs from CT!

What a busy day you had. I was tired just reading about it! I did use my imagination - Re: Brad's problem - and I didn't like what I "saw". I really did feel sorry for Ken. He sure is a great guy!
