House #3 Falls Through
We found out today that the third house we've put an offer on was given to another "superior offer". We'll just keep looking... Hopefully we can find something soon as it would be great to move before the baby comes. Please keep praying. Sorry if you are getting bored hearing about our housing troubles. This is just a good way for us to communicate what is going on with us to many people at one time. In a few months it will be all about the baby, I'm sure.

I have not seen so much rain in a long time. It has been raining since we arrived. I love the rain. It brings life and nourishment to to everything that is parched and needs to grow. I especially love the smell after the rain is over. It is so clean and gives energy to your senses. I usually do not get bothered when it is raining, yes my hair frizzes and I get wet and it can be gloomy, But I know that the rain is essential for the growth of life, with out it everything would wither and die. So, it is in our walk with the Lord. Sometimes it is gloomy, we don't like getting hit with a down pour because we can't see where we are going and we can loose control. We don't like the trials or disciplines because we like to be independent and they ruin our plans. We like to always have sunny days. If we always had sunny days eventually everything would dry up and you would not look so good. So my point is not to look at the rain-your situation as gloomy but as a chance grow and become aware of the need of our dependence on the Lord to water you, to nourish you and to supply your needs. Let Him shower you in his love so you can soak in every blessing and you become so full that you need to shower someone else. Then you will see the evidence of life springing forth life. This is the desire of God's heart."
